Behavioral Health Professional

Caring people are needed to work with children with Behavioral Health Diagnoses.  This is part time work that is primarily after school hours.  Minimum qualifications: HS Diploma or Equivalent, Clean Driver’s License & insured reliable transportation, the ability to pass background screenings to include: Criminal, DHHS and APS.  Paid training provided.  Relief, Part Time Paid Training Provided.  Starting wage $9.50-$12 per hour depending on education and experience.

Direct Care Staff / Direct Support Professionals

Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist

Part-time Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist.  The CIPSS is an active member of the Behavioral Health Home team and works to apply the tools developed in his/her own recovery as well as the philosophy and values of Intentional Peer Support to build a connection, function as a role model and advocate, exhibiting competency in personal recovery and the use of coping skills.  
The Peer Support Specialist will collaborate, coach, and challenge individuals in viewing life’s challenges as an opportunity for growth and change, within each individual’s recovery process. 

Qualified candidates must have State of Maine Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist (CIPSS) Certification or receive Provisional CIPSS Certification within nine (6) months of hire date. Meet the annual State of Maine requirements to maintain CIPSS Certification.  Must have High School diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and valid State of Maine driver's license in good standing.

Children's Case Manager

Full-time Children’s Case Manger to provide case management to children diagnosed with mental/behavioral health needs.  Assist families in accessing natural and formal supports to help the child in reaching treatment goals. 

Candidate should posses' excellent communication, interpersonal skills, documentation skills and the ability to multitask.  Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Work, Child Development, Human Service, or related field.  Previous experience working with children or adolescents with disabilities or case management experience preferred.  Experience with MS Word and Excel required.  Must have reliable transportation and valid State of Maine driver's license in good standing. This position is based in our Dover-Foxcroft location and requires travel to client locations within CWC service areas.
