Our Vocational Employment Program offers skills development, job coaching, job placement, and long-term support for adults with developmental disabilities who are seeking employment options. We provide customized support to assist with locating, obtaining and retaining vocational opportunities that achieve goals and objectives in each client's Treatment Plan.

Services include career planning, conducting interviews with the individual, family and friends, task and job analysis, and community assessments (by observing skills in community settings), assessing and coordinating available employment and natural supports.

Job readiness training is provided to develop functional, social and technical skills required for employment.  We strive for the minimal amount of prompting for an individual to successfully perform his/her job.  CWC staff also perform marketing surveys to identify available employment options.
